 Criminal defense experience included but not limited to assault ,robbery, drug cases involving both possession and delivery, DWI,theft, sexual assault, and prostitution

 Felony and misdemeanor trial experience in Harris, Fort Bend,Liberty, Galveston, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto,

Nacogdoches, Travis, Bexar, Tarrant counties. Have also worked cases in Collin, Lubbock, Jasper, and Chambers County.

 Federal criminal defense experience in various cases included but not limited to gun cases, drugs, immigration, and fraud. Federal experience has been limited to the Southern District of The United States.

 Family law experience includes but not limited to divorce, conservatorship, child support, high value property division,termination and adoption, juvenile matters, CPS, modifications, enforcements, writs, protective orders, grandparents rights and interstate cases. Jury and Bench trial experience in Family and Civil District Court.

 Experienced in DTPA actions and personal injury litigation. Bench and jury trial experience in personal injury, landlord-tenant,contracts, and DTPA cases.

 Federal Civil cases include personal injury and civil rights cases filed against the City of Houston.

 In good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

 Member of the Military Pro Bono Project since 2010, assisting current and former members of the military stationed at home and

abroad on criminal and family matters.
